Bicentennial question
Only bicentennial trucks I have ever seen have been long bed F100 2wd. Today I was told of a reported bicentennial F250 4x4. Looking on Google I saw a short bed 2wd and a long bed 4x4. My question for those in the know... What models was the Bicentennial package optioned on?

Ford called the Bicentennial stripe kits a "type ten" stripe. To get the complete set you had to order two kits, one for the cab and one for the bed.
The Bicentennial edition was available in short bed, long bed, regular cab and Supercab. I think it was also available on the crew but not a 100% certain on that. It also was available on either 2 or 4WD and F100-350.

The Bicentennial Option Group was available on the 76 F100 thru F350 CUSTOM stylesides, excluding the F350 Super Camper Special and the 140" wheelbase styleside. It could be on the Wimbledon White or Bahama Blue trucks. However, it could be two-toned: blue roof with white body and white roof with blue body.
I have seen three lwb in person (not including the one I own) and on the swb in photos. I have also seen them in F100, F150 and F250. And two in 4WD in photots. It was a dealer add-on, so no way of knowing how many were actually made.
