The guy has a feedback rating of "4", and all of it as a BUYER!

This is his first as a seller, and it's kinda' a high-ticket item.

At this point, I'd pass, but YMMV!

I wouldn't agree with that, I know of guys who have a tough time with spelling but they are no dummies when it comes to their trade/profession, and not trying to bust your chops but your statement has incorrect grammar as well.
