Starting a build thread will help you not lose interest in the project and you'll also get a lot of feedback, suggestions and probably some criticism too but it all helps you to see your project from different angles and different points of view.

Thanks, I'v rebuilt the front fds75 Rockwell, getting alignment shims and brake lines was a big hurtle. I will address both of those, to help others. I also cleaned up the brakes and flipped the hubs on a rear top-loader from an M35 deuce &1/2. I've started on the body work now.
I'm not super computer savvy. I've been downloading pictures to Photobucket. can you tell me the easiest way to post pictures and videos. Have lots of both

The easiest way I've found, and I post a lot of pictures, is to be a paid supporter. As a supporter you can post unlimited attachments in your post. You click on the little paper clip in the header then on the pop up screen click browse then click on the picture you want to post. Basically, as a supporter, three clicks and the picture is posted.

To late for that! I already cut up two crew cabs :/. I'll get more pictures up. That would have been a lot less work though. I picked up a econoline roof last week to help with some roof issues. Do you know if anyone makes a repro. Drip rail?

I was looking at some of your older post and I noticed you notched the floor back a couple inches from the seat mount holes (blue tape picture) why not make the cut straight. Will you spot weld that Seem like they did from the
factory?
Also are you but welding the header for the door jamb and the rockers? I figured on that with backing plates to spot weld to. Does that sound right?
I'll get pics up, I'm on my phone now. Haven't figure out how to post Picts with this yet.
I also lined up the rockers of both cab sections with a laser but it left all of my door gaps all over the place. I then mounted all the doors and shimmed the cabs so the doors worked. This seems like the better way to line things up? Does this sound familiar
