Front Brake Rubbing

My first post, but I have be searching and reviewing threads for some time now. This is our first super duty, a '15 F250 XLT Supercab in Ingot Silver. We are using the truck for a mobile veterinary practice and have swapped the bed for a custom built chassis mounted aluminium service box. We have also changed the shocks and steering damper to Bilstein 5100s, installed a SDTruckSprings Add-A-Leaf, replaced the stock speakers, and installed the Hellwig bigwig rear sway bar.

The truck came stock with 18-inch wheels. We recently replaced the all-season wheels/tires with factory 17 inch wheels and winter tires. The wheels were used take-offs from eBay. Unfortunately, both front wheels are rubbing/grinding the top of the caliper on the barrell of the wheel; not the wheel face. I have tried swapping the rear wheels to the front in case we simply had a bad wheel, but the problem seems to persist. In addition, I have checked Tascaparts.com for the 2014 and it appears the rotor and caliber part numbers are the same for trucks with 17 and 18 inch wheels. Tasca also indicates that the particular wheel that we bought is verified to fit a 2014 XLT, Lariat and King Ranch. Looking for a little advice on what might be causing this problem and how we can solve it.

Thanks in advance!

Since the 17" rims have been OEM for over 7-8 years, maybe those are an earlier version without being as high a profile, or quite as tall.

I am not 100 percent sure of the year. They were represented as fitting 2005-current models and are 17x7.5 with 40 offsets.

After spending the day with my dealer and test fitting the wheels from other 2015s from the lot. It appears that Ford changed the wheels to mild around the brakes. As a result, the older 17 inch wheels won't fit the front brakes on the newer trucks. We have now ordered two new wheels to replace the old wheels.
