Go on youtube. There is a video where the guy crawls under the dash and shows you where it is. You will need a little mirror and you'll be reading it backwards
Mine says it nowhere. I get to play "String of ten thousand numbers" eventually.
It should be under the dash. It is on top of a metal piece-you cannot see it at all without a mirror. Its somewhere else which I dont recall at the moment...or head to your friendly dealer

Had my dash completely apart for a different project when I first bought the truck and believe me, it's not there Dealer charges money because SCAM!
I need to figure out mine also (01). There is a code that works to unlock the doors written down in the back of the owners manual. Unfortunately it doesn't work to program my own easily remembered code ..... so it must be one the previous owner added and not the original code.
I've seen the thread on how to enter six million codes in to figure out the original, but just haven't wrapped my head around that one yet.

Read the last few post in that thread, I did not understand it either but had it clarified . It took me longer to get ready to do it, than it did to find the master code ( 1st code up was my master ) Less than 5Min. Really, probably less than 4.
