Here's what I have. My grandpas 74 4x4 short bed. He bought it new in 74. It has a 360 with a four speed in it. The transfer case is a Dana 21 I think. in and out only. I also have a 77 4x4 that I bought to upgrade the power steering and brakes in the 74. My question is will the np205 in the 77 bolt up to my 74 four speed. I think the 77 has a c6 in it with a 351 m. Thank you

Welcome to Fte clyde this is the place for good info. I don't know squat about 4x4s except for the following. Your going to hear from 77&79F250, follow his advice like a lost puppy and you'll be okay, he's got a sticky at the top of the page so give it a read and you'll pick up on something related to either what your doing or plan to do. Don't P him off as he's got access to a helicopter and a big gun and I'm sure he knows a pilot or 2 with a sense of humor, JUST Kidding!, I hope.
