i have a 69 f-250 with a 390 and a c6 2wd is it possible to go to a one piece drive line instead of two piece? why did they put two piece verses one piece?

Driveshafts' materials and construction is predicated on length versus diameter versus RPM. Make it too long and too thin and spin it at X RPM it'll start wobbling.
