Engine Knock

2003 5.4L Triton 86k miles
Had head gaskets and timing chains replaced two weeks ago by local dealership. Engine knock started yesterday. Sounds like it is coming from left side. Louder under truck. Increases with rev. Goes away after a minute or so. Any ideas?

Your truck does not have a timing belt . It has chains . Have it looked at to see if they messed up . Best of luck !

Thanks JWC 3. You're right. Timing chains were replaced. So you think there is an issue with the new chains?

Without seeing it my self , I could only guess . You should have it looked at to find your problem . The people that did the work , and possibly a second opinion .
