Found it!

Un freakin believable! ! I thought it might be a bad ground after all I had done! The braided cable from the block to the firewall was dark and dirty. So I took a jumper cable from the bumper (direct chassis ground) to the block and it started! So I traced the neg. side cabe to the cross frame where it was bolted, then it continued on to the smog pump And bolted. It was broke right after the cross frame. Sick, stupid, fixed! Thanks guys for all the input!! God bless ya
