On the upper control arm the replacement part is made by Moog. I got their cam bolt kit and the picture seems to show the washers on both ends touching the frame mounts instead of the can adjustable discs. Is this correct? In other words is is bolt head, disc, washer, frame mount, inside of frame mounts, washer, disc, nut? It seems to me the washers should be next to the bolt head and nut instead of the discs....??? First time doing anything with suspension, so I'm wanting to get it right before taking in for alignment.

 

Washers between frame and cam plate. The cam plate is enough washer in itself for the nut and bolt. The washer is a spacer to keep the cam plate from binding on the frame notches.

 

Thanks. What you said explains it perfectly. Now on to tie rods then off to the allignment. Truck's been in garage on jack stands for a week. I'm ready for this to be done!!!
