I have a concern w my '00 7.3. If the air has moisture in it my driver and passanger side carpets get wet. Now it's not the entire carpet that's wet, just where the carpet meets the plastic runner on the sides of the seats. Anyone have any ideas??
Door seals or heater core. Some guys run a tube up in the door seal to expand the seal. This makes the door seal work better. Moisture in the air usually means heater core leaking inside the box. Let us know what you find.
Pull up the plastic step plates and see if there is water, or evidence of moisture there. Had this last summer and had to seal up body lines (seams) on back of cab under rear window with body filler. Will try to do pictures tomorrow. If the plate metal clips look like they are starting to rust, grease or oil them, they are getting difficult to find. Can't find metal clips, have to buy whole step plate.
