Hello, I lost my father in December and I wanted to memorialize him by putting some kind of saying on his baby ( 2007 F-150 )

The only thing I know of are Vinyl stickers and that just doesn't sit too well with me, seems cheap in my opinion.

What are some other ways I can do this? I would love something on the tail gate, something permanent that isn't overly expensive.

 

Go to a bodyshop tell them what you want. Might get a good deal on a custom painted tailgate from them.

 

Forgive me but this may be too cheap but I would consider a vanity license plate for the rear or both front and rear if your state has front and rear plates. You could also have a custom plate made for just the front. Just a thought.

 

Some local vehicles have small memorials etched into the back glass over to one side or in the center .... and one that comes to mind has a huge one.

 

Go to an airbrush artist or even stop by any local art schools. You would be amazed with what they can create.
