Timing Chain Change Out

1999 SD V-10 205,000 miles. I'm thinking it may be time to replace the timing chain. What all should I do while in there? Replace tensioner, guide, and sprocket?? Besides gaskets, what else would I need?? TIA

Looks like you can get kits with everything you need. I'll probably leave mine until I hear something. 177k.
