That line runs from the fuel filter to the fuel rail.
The return line comes off the pressure regulator.
Both are braided Stainless Steel lines.
I dough that the line is available?? A lot of parts for our era are depleted or discontinued.
So, choices are, pick-n-pull, junk yard, Or........I'm parting out a '92 E350 351W cut-away.
Drop me a PM with your shipping address, You pay the fright, and I'll box it up and ship it out.
Just make sure you have a set of these for taking the quick connects apart-
Also, at the fuel rail, hit the fitting spring with a blast of PB before you try to disconnect it.

Thank-you, i called Ford and was told the line is obsolete and no longer made, they did say to bring the line to the dealership and they will repair it.
I am wheelchair user and have to depend on other people more than i would like, i gave him instructions and showed him how the tool worked and when i came back 30 minutes later he told me the front line would not stay attached after clipping it on, i got down on the ground and there were plier marks all over the fittings and i just about lost it, he trashed the connector forward of the filter.
He says, can't you put a hose clamp on it.
