Thanks ND.For some reason I have the bracket at the coil mount but no spring (9737) on diagram.There is a different spring at the rear down under the cable linkage???Is there a ford part number for this particular spring(9737)?For some reason the idle speed on my truck sometimes never dropped all the way down because throttle is not all the way closed.Hope this makes since?

There are two springs. Coil spring that hooks to the coil bracket...then hooks to the carb linkage.
There's another spring that attaches to the suspended gas pedal (9C804 in pic). When it breaks, the gas pedal flops around.
