What's the best way to convert a '67 f250 to front disc brakes?

Welcome to FTE...get a set of, IIRC, 72 and later brackets, rotors, etc.

What is IRC?? And will the rotors fit the drum spindle? Also will I need a different master cylinder?

IIRC, if I recall correctly

Yeah, a disc/drum setup uses a different master cylinder.

I asked what was an IRC sorry but replying IIRC still doesn't help me!! Not stuck.. just trying figure if I can do this without buying a $1000 kit.

1968/72 F250 2WD's were available with optional dual piston caliper disc brakes.

Disc brakes became standard equipment on 1973 F250 2WD's, but there were two different types:

With single piston calipers or dual piston calipers...as it depended on what the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) was.
