1999 ford ranger v6 sputtering issues
I don't know if this is where I put this but....
Ok, my truck is sputtering when i accelerate, deaccelerate, and idle. so I had someone do a diagnostic with the computer thing and said that my cylinder 6 is missfiring. Now I know that replacing the spark plug might not fix the problem but I'm still going to replace all the plugs and wires. If thaf doesn't fix the problem then I am open to suggestions.

What ignition coil system does your truck use, a single output coil with a distributor or a coil pack with multiple outputs? I'd suggest starting with the plugs and wires anyway and see what that does.
