I don't know where you are but an hour and a half is MORE than enough working time for me... and that's at 72*!

Open the garage door and you could probably work all day long.
Once the panel is fitted and the holes drilled (ensuring alignment) how much are you going to fuss with it once you put the glue on?

we are going to be doing this out in the open air.no garage.

3M has all the data sheets online.

I don't know what the minimum application temprature is.

I like the 90 min work time to give more than enough time to clamp everything in place

Warmer temps speed the drying time

You have working time... and time for full cure.

There are different formulas and they are all affected by temperature.
If you go to the 3M automotive website you can find all the data sheets and MSDS information there.
