I've always had no issues with RV.net or the Heartland owners forums. Both very fair. IRV2 forums are a different story where I am currently on vacation for debating their weight police that double as moderators.
Hey guys I accomplished something not even Ricatic could.... I'm banned from RV.net....LMAO!
They are in cahoots with the Heartland forum....
Congratulations....
There's a chit storm going on in the towing forum where a cummins engine threw a rod and made a nasty hole in the block. In that same thread I was even called a troll!

Even I saw that... fish . A little brutal in that forum.
I posted issues we've had with our 5th wheel on the Heartland forum. When others jumped on the band wagon they closed the thread and I got a nasty pm from mod. I told him what I thought about him and the forum. Boom, got banned from that forum.
RV.net kicked me out when I replied to a thread about someone looking at buying Heartland and I told him about our issues. Again others joined in. I got a pm from one of the guy on the forum (RV tech) which told me about issues with his Heartland. He told me that RV.net is in cahoots with the Heartland forum and that one of the guys from that forum monitored RV.net. I then posted about my experience in the Heartland forum, others contributed and I got another pm from a moderator. And the relationship ended...LMAO!
I have 2 friends that bought the same trailer as yours. garbage. One has been in the shop continually for leaks in the wall and a plumbing issue from new that they cant seem to fix. I told them just to camp in it at the shop a few times so they can enjoy their expensive POS.
i bought i new weekend warrior in 07. Garbage. warranty no good either because the owner shut down and changed to extreme warrior and the fun time dealership changed their name to fun town...
I have had a few RVs and even worked for a high end maker(spacecraft) once upon a time but I am just gonna keep repairing mine myself as I am never buy another one again.
Toy hauler really suck as they are not heavy duty enough to transport the toys and handle the off road excursions no matter how tame the off road is
What's wrong with your Cyclone? I have a 2014 3950 TH and love it.
My sister-in-law has one too and they've had no issues. Her husband says he wouldn't buy anything but a Heartland trailer.
Edit: On reading further I see what issues you guys have had. I'm of the view that very few RV products are really worth what they charge for them. I've had a couple of TT's, Coachmen the last one, roof leaks were a bi-annual maintenance item.
The point is, you should be able to "freely" express your opinion and/or experience on a public forum... As long as you keep profanity and personal attacks out of the equation.

I agree but web forums don't really permit free speech. Most, if not all, have an underlying agenda and the content and postings are moderated to suit that agenda. Also readers will often misunderstand the posts they read as personal attacks (eg: you hate an RV that someone else loves) and then you end up with flame wars. The conversations are disconnected with no personal attachment, the same conversation could occur face-to-face with entirely different results.
I post on very few forums but read quite a few for these reasons.
