Intercooler leaking -- best replacement?

Intercooler leaking -- best replacement?
Finally took my boost-impaired 6.0 to the shop (6.0 Joe in Tampa).
Power-brake Boost check (which I was unable to accomplish by myself) revealed intercooler leaking on pass side (bottom, near the boot).
After hours of internet searching, I've narrowed it down to 3 choices:
1. Used/OEM Ford from Joe's stash - $100, no warranty (will press. test)
2. Banks 25974, from PerformanceTruckProducts - $1140, 2 yr warranty
3. Mishimoto MMINT-FD2-03K, from same place - $1377, lifetime warr.
#1: Not excited about no warranty, but very $$ friendly (short term)
#2: Better new $$, includes High Ram Intake
#3: Best warranty, w/o High Ram Intake
Advice ???
Any forum vendors have a better price ??

This is a little better price on the Mishi. If you order here it ships from Mishimoto (in Arizona if I remember correctly)

Amazon and eBay both have sellers with even better prices but I'd be a little concerned about whether or not it's the "real deal". If you go that way do your research. Mishimoto has been a frequent poster lately on a thread about their 200° thermostat, maybe they can pick up on this thread also, although I'm sure they'd be hesitant to recommend one supplier over another. Google is your friend (well, on this subject anyway)
Oh, and the Donaldson intake and filter system on the truck is a very good piece with plenty of flow and outstanding filtering, even if you go with the other manufacturer, sell the cold air set-up on Craigslist or use it on your riding mower.
