After Market Gauges

I have read a lot of threads about the problems with the original gauges, and was wondering if these gauges are a perfect fit in the original dash and where to get them.

thanks

Yeah, I suppose that might help. The oil Pressure gauge and temperature gauge. I have the originals and I read that the oil pressure is just a switch and that the temp has no basis in reality either.

There have been numerous discussions about how to modify the oil pressure gauge so it actually works like a gauge instead of a light.

You still didn't say what kind/brand/style of gauge you are thinking about putting in. Are you talking about some of the fancy, white-faced clusters, or what exactly?

I just want one that fits the original spot and gives numeric values instead of just saying "normal". Ideally it would look similar to the old one, but I am more worried about function than form.
