Good morning everyone, new user here so if I posted in the wrong forum I apologize. I have a 2003 F250 6.0 with 250k on it. EGR has been deleted. Yesterday, I think I had some bad fuel, I was on about a quarter or a tank, had a pretty sufficient loss of power and lots of black smoke and a whirling sound coming from behind the glove box and the whistle from the turbo was louder than usual. Parked it for about an hour, started it up and ran fine all the way to my next appointment. Parked it and turned it off for about an hour again, got back in it, it cranked right up and died seconds after I put it in reverse. Tried to crank it again, it almost did, but now all its doing is turning over. After the second or third time of trying to start it, there is now a loud thumping sound that I originally thought it was coming from the intake, but it seems to be coming more from the passenger side pipe where the turbo goes into the air cooler by the radiator. It will not start. Any suggestions? Bent rod? Leak in the Turbo somewhere? Thank you for your help in advance!
