One of the best things about my dealership, beside great customer service and a very friendly staff is that with ANY vehicle purchase you get FREE oil changes for LIFE!!!!!!!! Nor do they try and up-sale you something on the side. They will even pick up your vehicle and drop you off a loaner if need be.
I've been quoted $300 just for an oil change, which I politely denied.
I always pay $125. I've totally thought about doing it myself, but when I was looking at buying the Motorcraft diesel oil it would cost me about $120, which makes it make no sense. Especially when I need the filter too.

the local dealer here charges me $92-98 depending on a coupon or not for Diesel oil change.. and saves a sample in the blackstone bottle when I ask.
It a easy oil change. I get it done for less then 100 buck with ford a ford filter and about 15 minutes.
On the fuel filter biggest clue I can give you is go slow and make sure you tighten the lower fuel bowl all the way before starting the truck. Also use a strap wrench on the lower bowl.
