removing the drivers side cylinder head

Can anyone tell me what bolts (besides the head bolts) need to be removed to get the drivers side cylinder head off? 2001, 3.0 6 cylinder

Disconnect Battery
Remove Lower intake manifold
Remove the A/C compressor
Remove the generator
Remove the power steering pump
Remove the generator mounting bracket
Remove the two bolts from the rear of the A/C compressor monting bracket
Remove the bolts and remove the front of the A/C compressor mounting bracket
Raise and support the vehicle
Remove the exhaust manifolds
Remove and discard the eight cylinder head bolts.
Remove the cylinder heads
Remove and discard the cylinder head gaskets.

Installation?
