I have a 05 f-350 with a 6.0 the truck cranks strong, oil pressure is up, fuel filter and pump are good and their are no engine codes. The truck just seams that it's not firing or attempting to fire the injectors?

Reason: Grammar
Oil was coming from the turbo the boot was blown off the bottom and I unpluged the icp sensor and still no luck starting didn't sound like it was firing and no exhaust smoke
Check the output voltage from the FICM to the injectors. It should maintain 45 - 48vdc. If the voltage is less than 45vdc the injectors will not fire. The FICM is located underneath the DEGAS bottle (drivers side of engine compartment on my truck). Remove the inspection plate from the top of the FICM. There are a set of screws under the plate. Put the leads of the voltmeter on the 2 screws closets to the drivers side fender. "DO NOT" let the leads from the meter touch the side of the FICM housing. This will fry the FICM beyond repair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have someone turn the key to the on position to check the voltage while you hold the leads to the screws. "DO NOT" turn the engine over! When you turn the key on.....you should here the injectors firing for 20 seconds. During this 20 seconds the injectors should get louder then stop firing after the 20 seconds. You have to check the voltage during this 20 second period. If the voltage is 45vdc or less.... the FICM needs replacing/repaired. I used all computer resources to repair my FICM when it went out. Also I had them upgrade the FICM from the 48vdc system to 54vdc system. Hope this helps. http://allcomputerresources.com/
