Yes you could have updated hpop
Post all of the sensor values hot @ KOEO--idle--2500rpm
Icp
Icpv
Ipr%
So we need 3 values per each sensor listed
Make sense?????

It is. That's the one that is super hard to get to on a 2003, later moved to another spot, and needs to have the pigtail changed at the same time?

Yes so far icp looks bad
Triple check those numbers though per my post #16
Yes you are correct the early trucks icp is in a bad spot under turbo the sensor always gets coked
When you can't start it ckeck those values again just to make sure and then unplug ICP then try to start

Your ICP sensor is bad and possibly the ICP electrical connector. The ICPV's should be .18 to .24 at KOEO

Cool and thanks. Is that a do it yourself job or one for the pros? I do work on my Harley, but they have a good step by step service manual with pictures and there's often a YouTube video to boot.

Well I've seen it from the top and the bottom...and I'm going pro on it. Main reason: if I don't finish a Harley project tonight, no big deal. If I don't finish a truck project, I'm walking to work tomorrow.
