Just getting back from the Great Lakes Naval Station (video conference). Had a long distance early morning open what "Santa" left with my daughter, SIL and grandkids. Wow, when I was in the Navy it was a $15.00 for 3 minute scratchy phone call to call home on Christmas morning...provided you didn't get the dreaded "I'm sorry, all circuits are busy..."
Getting ready now to head up to the oldest sons house for Christmas morning there...
Pretty quiet here today......had a little fun...we went out and skidded in some of the juniper logs I've been trimming up. Still have quite a few more to go.

Had the "face time" this morning with the 2 grandkids back at Great Lakes Naval Station, then drove 25 miles up the road and got to see the other 5 grandkids that are here in Oregon so all in all not a bad day.

No company here,,,,,,didn't warm up past freezing today. Got the tractor started and skidded in some more junipers,,,,,it's so much fun....wife wasn't able to help, so I had to work a little harder. Quit about 3:30, that wind kept getting colder and colder. More to do, so my fun isn't over.
