He mainly does not want the garage to become and engine shop. But he also didnt want it to have welders or 230v either
!Now he asks me to do projects such as tent frames!

When I was your age, I had to "train" my parents also.
My dad was one of the first in the new fangled thing called computers. Mom was a book keeper.
Here comes this middle kid whom refused to go to school, and drug home old rusty Fords and fixed them up in the driveway
As time went on, they knew who to call when stuff broke!

Funny thing, towards the end, Pap would sit and watch me assemble stuff. I would say, penny for your thoughts.... he'd say, "ain't got no change"

ill agree with dave, it is like summer! but this effin cold wont let me make the most of it.

dad is a regional salesmanager....
my 1965 lincoln idealarc 250 ac/dc was an adventure to get home, pops replaced the fan motor and blade inside, works like a champ. the little MIG 135 was an adventure....
