Apparently the "infraction" is using the proprietary name "amsol" (sic) if you read the exact text of the ticket. Maybe you only get in trouble if you misspel. Sorry for continuing the derailing of this thread.

Jeeez ladies, pat yourselves on the back for sticking up for a new guy. Way to go. Instead of letting a thread die, you want to praise one another for helping. A few threads ago someone else did this same thing and was bashed repeatedly by many members. NO ONE stuck up for him. Must be in the name.
