well, you will need a couple of cans of carb cleaner and some brushes, but other wise yes.

. The pump diaphragm is on the lower right front of either carb. sketched above... it's behind the little cover with the lever and 4 screws... part #98559 above...

I can't follow your second link but in addition to a pull-off (or parts), this is probably what you need.........Motorcraft 2100 Premium Carburetor Kit

Alright thanks and gonna return this one from autozone because I rather use motorcraft parts.
