Anything is possible. You could find a SRW rear axle and swap it in or find a company that makes SRW wheels for the DRW rear. I think you may need a new bed or bedsides as the bed may not be formed the same as a SRW bed and I thing some DRW fenders are screwed on. The front end I think all you need to do is remove the adapters off of the front.
Find a similar cab and frame wrecked SRW that you can take the axle, driveshaft, wheels, & bed?
For what you may spend would it be more worth it to sell the DRW, take the money you'd use to convert, and then buy a SRW truck?
My main issue is that it wont fit in my shop anymore, so it will have to stay outside or I will have to move it in and out every day which I'm not crazy about.
I almost pulled the trigger on a 12 a short time ago, but I just couldn't justify it, and I've got too much into my truck to just give it away.
If I could pick up a decent bed I would consider it I guess, but I'm not totally sold on it. I'm going to put a Helwig in it this year in hopes that helps a little.
