need help 03expedition radio problem

Was installing radio number 7 fuse not blown no power to it though .all other fuses good . Factory radio won't power neither will new after market. Factory radio worked before hand . Help..........

Check fuses 4, 14, 22, 31, and 102.

already checked all fuses
