66 Ford F100 4x4 Dash Knobs CC-352-SWB
My question on my Emergency Flasher (EF) switch bezel is about the bezel being blank (no lettering).......I only see in the reproduction parts books that for '68 and above having bezels marked with "Emergency Flasher"......my question is, since all of the other dash **** bezels have **** function lettering, shouldn't this one?
I suspect the bezel I have has been replaced and is not what would have been "as built"....the EF had to be, IMO, an ordered option on this truck as all of the wiring is integral to the primary dash wiring harness (I have several NOS EF wiring harnesses that would have been add-on I suspect as they are stand alone harnesses).
Additionally, on the left I had a "Blink Marker Light" push button (momentary) switch that allows the operator to push and (essentially) break the power to the cab marker lights, thus blinking them if the switch is pushed and released.....this was cut into the dash above the ignition switch.....I have taken this out, patched the dash and will probably make this an under the dash option, I suspect the cab marker lights and this blink option were added?.....my question here is, would this blink switch have ever been an option? The bezel and switch are definitely period.
I have another question, did they place ***** in different positions based on the options originally ordered and is there a document showing all possible options that would have a dash ****?
ND, I could use availability and P/N if this Emergency Flasher bezel part exists, I would prefer NOS versus reproduction.
Thanks, m.
Choke **** & bezel only furnished with the cable.

having bezels marked with "Emergency Flasher."1967/69: There isn't a bezel, E/F switch mounts to a bracket, which is located on the inside of the glove box. 1970/72's have a bezel, as the switch is mounted on the dash.

I did get the search function to yield most of this information, you have addressed a lot of it in previous posts......is this bezel blank? m
Notice that it does say that the 1970/72 bezel is.
