I am not sure how bad fuel could cause foaming in and of itself. That would more likely be caused by aeration of the fuel somehow:
1. Leak in fuel line or pickup tube, as previously mentioned
2. Cavitation related to one of the pumps - maybe an impeller is messed up.
I am going to third or fourth this.
Somewhere between the pickup tube and where-ever they are getting foam is an air leak. Could be a crack in a fuel line or one of the o-rings that connected and seal things is bad/crimped.
I am assuming they replaced the entire HFCM under the frame rail? SO that is out now on to the rest of the fuel system between A and B.
Glad the fuel looks great - that should keep this on Ford's warranty bill and not on your credit card. (and then having to fight sheels...)
Not sure what the HCPM is......didn't mention that.....they replaced the filters and the low pressure pump......said the filters were nasty and thought original
Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module, the part the fuel filter is located in under your frame rail. With only 14k miles there is no reason you fuel filters wouldn't be original as they are usually changed every 15k or so miles. You have a fuel filter reminder like your oil minder in the truck. Although I've always changed my fuel filters early it isn't required.
Came to Sioux Falls yesterday to pick up a puppy....stopped at Sheels to shop for a couple hours....got in the truck...low fuel pressure alert comes up....drove 3blocks and the truck shuts off.......hauled it or Sioux Falls Ford....they replaced both fuel filters....no go....they replaced the low fuel pressure pump and still pumps foam......any ideas.....
By the way, this is the best, friendliest, most helpful bunch of guys I've ever dealt with!

It sounds like your dealership is on top of this, Map Man 1, but I'll be happy to go ahead and escalate you to your regional customer service manager, if you'd like. To make that happen, just send me a PM with your details and I'll do the rest. In your message, please include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership info.
My guess would be that the problem was fixed under his warranty, but as a term of the repair he had to sign a non-disclosure clause with in the contract.
I'm guessing he got his truck fixed and he just hasn't updated the thread I hope the truck keeps running great and he has years of trouble free service.

I have to say that I have never heard of any non-disclosure agreement that was related to a warranty repair...
My Money is on him and his family back on the road again...

That was a stab at humor for the OP having not come back and update the status of his truck. We could all speculate from one extreme to another, but until he does up date us, we just won't know for sure.
