ignition switch problem

2008 king ranch f350 all stock 80k miles . turn the key to the run position and it starts without rolling key to the start position. radio will not work while motor is running , but the gauges and displays work . turn the key to accessory position and motor off and the radio starts to make noise again ... I have only had this truck for a few months. it has a remote start installed but I dont have the remote.
Anyone ever had the same issue ?
I am thinking that the switch is bad . not the mechanics of it , but the switch on the tumbler...

Sounds like a bad switch to me as well.
