I hope your initial attempt at troubleshooting was not posting your issue on FTE because we can only guess......YOU are your own best detective.
Sounds like loose or broken suspension components. Have you done a visual inspection for the obvious? What about a nut and bolt integrity check?? Start there and report back what you observe....
