The entire rim is exactly the same between a floating axle and a semi floating axle.

16.5's were offered in the 70's as a "heavy duty" wheel/tire combo on 3/4 tons. They fell by the wayside and went entirely to 16's - same bolt pattern. It is currently extremely hard if not down right impossible to find 16.5 tires
