swapping rims

I have a 2000 F350 SD and want to put the rims I have from my 85 F250 but need an adapter to do so does anyone know of a website that will be of help Im sure this has been done before I wouldnt normally care but I like the rims from the older truck better than the rims on my Super Duty

AIMs used to have them, I think their website is truckin.com. Because your changing the bolt pattern, the adapter has to be pretty thick. It's going to push the wheels outward.
