Tailgate Strikers
I'm needing the dimensions of the tailgate strikers for a 93 f350. I had to cut mine off and they're destroyed, and I can't find any replacements anywhere but I work at a machine shop and I could make them on a lathe if I only had the dimensions. Anyone with a similar truck and a set of calipers able to help me out? I know what the threads are, I just need the dimensions of the bushing itself.

The bushing OD is .600. The length of the bushing is .650. The bolt head dia. is .780, and the head thickness is .140.

Thanks Phy! I don't need the ID, I'm planning on making the bolt and bushing a solid piece, and duplicating the existing washer. I'll just turn down the overall shape out of a piece of 304 stainless (or possibly stress-proof) and then put the threads on with a die. I'll tighten it with either vice-grips or I may cut a cross into it for a Phillips head.
