Holley Carb and EEC Delete
I picked up an 83 with a 2.3L a while back for a spare vehicle project. I got it with a Holley carb on it but it had an EEC carb on it originally. And I need to get it running and clean up the wiring under the hood BAD. I'd like to get rid of ALL the EEC module wiring and that would leave me dealing with the ignition on my own. What options do I have ?
One I think I have, from reading here, I need a duraspark dizzy to do this Dirt cheap Ignition conversion. If this is an option, how would I identify the dizzy I have ? It currently has 3 wires coming out of it (fyi). What other options do I have in dealing with the ignition ? Thanks for any help everyone.....

As far as I know 2.3s in 83-84 were Dura-spark, and all you needed to run a Holley or weber 32-36 is a Mustang or Pinto 2bbl manifold.
Computer feed-back carbs and TFI EECs were exclusive to 2.8 V-6s.
