7.3 Crank/No Start Cold Long Crank/Hard Start warm
I'm having a really hard time getting my truck to start and any help would be greatly appreciated. I got this truck, a e99 F350 sclb for a good deal because it didn't have a bed. the truck has 310,300 on it and supposedly has 160/80% injectors, a d66 and a TS-6 pos. it started fine about 2 weeks ago with the 40 degree weather, but now... nothing. The truck has been plugged in for 3 days now, and the block is warm to the touch but still no start. If i start cranking from cold it will take about 10 seconds for the oil pressure gauge to come up. when it does i give it a break, and the oil pressure drops immediately. Crank again, the cranking sounds even and I'm getting white smoke while cranking, if i get on it long enough i can hear one cylinder fire, accompanied by a couple of black smoke rings, then back to white. I tried to start simple so I brought both of my batteries to O'Reillys and they tested good. Cranking Rpms 130-150 rpm (according to Torque) No CEL, Torque can't read those anyway but i can get live data. The truck when it is running has a kinda rough idle, i just blamed that on the cold engine. and according to the P/O it used 1Gal/400mi he thought it was the turbo pedestal, i think Inj. O-Rings because of the hard starting. I took the fuel filter cap off and checked for oil, but there was none but I've been reading about the fuel rail dead head so it may not show in the filter. It doesn't have much blowby (with rerouted ccv) but no pressure at all, hopefully its not a dusted engine and its just so low down on compression it'll need ether to fire for the rest of its short life . The last thing I'm concerned about is the Glow plug system. The relay works I've tested this with jumper cables lol. Thats just what happens when you let friends borrow your multimeter. But when the WTS light comes on the volt meter on my truck doesn't move.. If i roll up the windows and hold them there it drops more than the GP system. If anyone cold help my diagnose my pig I'd appreciate it. I really like the truck. but I'm only 18 so i cant have it not starting for school and work ( and play ) I have a video of it running and pictures of the turbo, and Torque data coming up too. Thanks all

Just trying to see if the exhaust smoke, blowzy, idle, and oil consumption was contributing to my no start cold issue. Maybe it IS just my starter, i just came back in from trying to get her to start one last time. I charged one battery all day until 12am yesterday, then the other from 12 to now. Then i went to town, 20 secs on 15 off. The battery was dead in 15 mins . So i turned the key and cracked the fuel drain valve, fuel started to drip out but not for long. like 1 cup full.. Go to start again, and FIRE … Ford about 3 seconds. Which leads me to think maybe the fuel pickup broke and wasn't picking up fuel, and the truck started a few times off of the fuel in the bowl. Now that the bowl is empty and I've been cranking on it for about a week there is a MASSIVE amount of air in the lines. Does any of that sound right?
