Wheel ideas

I've got the origional wheels with the chrome hubcaps but now that I've installed disk brakes the hubcaps won't fit over the spindles anymore.. Anybody got any ideas? I'm open to all suggestions and if I bought new wheels what would look nice? It's a 1964 styleside and its skylight blue and will be lowered 3-4 inches in the near future

Change the hubcap, if you go to a wider tire you will work harder turning the truck without power steering.

lots of newer era stock ford wheels on craigslist, many of which look great on slicks. up to 96 should be 5x5.5 and should fit.

I think a new set of innie wheels will clear the disc brakes. You can keep the hubcaps and the look.
