'99 5.4L Jumped Time???

'99 5.4L Jumped Time???
Sooooo...
I got the loose chain blues...

Upon teardown, it seems as the RS-passenger cam has jumped quite a few teeth.... Pics are at #1 TDC (front passenger hole right?)
Crank mark (dot) is at 6:00
LH (driver) cam mark about 11:00...
BUT the RH (pass) mark also seems to be about 11:00... Shouldn't this mark be leaning in towards the center at say about 1:00???

This is the before teardown with the #1 @ TDC compression...
Installed everything today, colored links on the marks, rotated 2x back to #1 compression to verify no interference... I'll post the install pics...
In the meantime, I forgot the backing plate for one of the tensioners... New subject post here:

We seem to be in the same spots with cam marks @ TDC... As well as my before pic, so I am guessing she didn't jump time...
