P0299, P0470 Codes.
Hi,
I used my scan gauge to figure out these codes. The EBP with key off is the same as the MAP around 14 PSI, at idle it is a round 19 PSI.
It doesn't appear that the turbo vanes are sticking because the VGT duty cycle thing never goes to 15 or 85 % like this one youtube video said.
