Rim/Tire thoughts??

I've been perusing online for tires and selection is really limited for 16.5 sizes for my F250 2wd, so I'm considering going to either 16 or 17 inch rims. This will be to make future tire purchases easier. Anyone buy rims lately? Any issues with 17s?

If I remember right 16" rim size tires are a bit cheaper than 17's and can be found easier. I personally love the old Cragar SS wheels for 2wd trucks.
