does anyone know if a 12.5 wide tire will fir on a 15x9 rim

yes if...

yes, but the tire width isn't your major concern. it's the inner tire diameter. There are tires made for 15 inch rims, tires for 16, 16.5, 17 etc...

haha yea i no i got the right size tire for 15 inch rims i was just afraid that the width would be to small for the tire

i imagine that will work.. i have a spare set of 315/75/r16's on a set of 16x8" rims. Those tires are basically 12.5" wide and work fine.
