03 pcm rollback
I am considering sending my pcm into php to have an older strategy flashed onto it. Has anyone done this? I have the latest 03 strategy right now, not looking for major power upgrade, just a little power and a little mileage. I do have the Atlas 40 from Ed on my ficm.

I did it before I got a tuner, I gained 2 mpg. If you don't have a tuner and plan to stay stock it's a good option. There is no need if you have a tuner and custom tunes. PHP will confirm that.
