The balancing payment for the dead energy storage was a laughing stock.
Time to move...

My local station has come down on gasoline, a tiny bit - $4.94......but not a cent on diesel: still $6.29 per gallon. I'm in NH.
I was out of town yesterday and found a 'bargain' on off-road diesel @ $5.69, so I started filling my transfer tank. Pump shut off at $100 on my card, which gave me a whopping 17.5 gallons of red diesel. That's like one fill-up for my tractor.

$5.71 minus the Conoco .25 discount so it's at $5.46. What else sucks is the pump shuts off @$125 so I have to restart it through the phone app just to watch it go another $52. The Key nowadays is fillup more often and don't run too low. It helps the pain some.

Diesel in my neck of the woods is $5.09at Murphy.
Gas is $4.08.
Haven't checked the off road prices lately as I have a lot of jugs for the tractor.

Prices sure seem to vary from different locations.

Still about $6.75 gallon here. Some still at $6.99 around the house. Sucks!

But you have to admit, Lithium-Ion batteries for electric cars and home storage are SO much mo-better for the environment, right?

John already locked one thread for going off on the EV kitty litter.

So please keep it on the topic or at least with in reasonable distance of the subject.

Thank You

Finally in NH a little movement on diesel: we’re down to $6.09 a gallon.

Feels like I'm at a campus in today's world.

Prices have not changed in NJ around here.

That this is more expensive is self-evident.

Diesel fuel is currently more than 50% more expensive than yours.

You have a really nice house, I love how the roof looks.

If ours is dropping it is at a snail's pace: $6.999 credit price in our town and $7.099 down the road where we had breakfast this morning. There's a proposed new gas station, possibly 2 right across from our town's "no competition" sole station - maybe some competition will help...

It’s sad that I’m jealous to see people with diesel prices in the mid to high $4’s. Still at least $5.60 a gallon everywhere around here in panhandle WV/northern VA
