I'd be interested in this graveyard in Buda as well. I'm in Waco but go to SA regularly and had no idea! Then again I'm fairly new to being a truck guy.
I was interested too so I did some research and I found out its called. hi tech body and paint in Buda. On google maps you can see A bunch of trucks but I haven't been there to scavenge.

Oh yea I have seen that place selling on eBay. Sounds like it's worth checking out.
I just did the V/B mod swap and I love it. Although I left in the OL bar from the B mod.
I have a few crazy ideas if any one wants to comment on them and let me know your thoughts. I noticed on the B mods that the OL spring only contacts the lowest spring, I was considering putting a urethane bump at each end to take up a little space so when the truck is loaded it engages the 3rd spring up as well, not just the lower ones.
I also noticed my front spring V's seem to flex in the same places as the OEM's I was considering making a stepped spring for the front to help the loose some of the front rake as well as spread the load out more on the spring.
You wouldn't happen to have any pictures and measurements would you? I'm getting ready to do this, and the more I see the better informed I feel. I'd love to know what kind of ride height you are getting. As far as your ideas go, I don't think I know enough to offer any input on that yet.
Little different setup, I threw in a 2" drop hangar setup up front to level it out since I hate the raked look. V's with 2" hangars up front, B-mod rears. Fits 315/75's nicely (35's)

Did the drop hanger actually move the front height by 2"?
That looks very nice. If my X/ B Mod looks anywhere near that good, I'll be very happy with it. What is your measurement from center hub to fender lip?

Did you put a 2" shackle or the complete front hanger and shackle kit

By "overload bar" I hope you mean the bottom B code heavy plate type leaf and not the top overload leaf (if your b codes had top overload leaves, some do some don't). The top leaf can come in contact with the EX's rear AC lines causing your wallet to deflate, the EX doesn't have the frame mounted landing pads for the top overloads like the SD trucks do. If you mean the bottom plate, that's good, it should stay there. The B codes are a dual rate spring and that bottom plate is what supplies the second part of that dual rate.

The EX factory rear springs have a compression rate of 430lbs per inch of travel and the B codes have a rate of 320lbs per inch until the bottom overload joins in and then it steps up to 670lbs per inch of travel. I think you should drive it as is for a while before you decide on doing the extra snubber mod. Tork-lift and a few other suspension parts companies offer similar do-dads that shorten the travel before the top overloads take a load, so it's not that crazy of an idea. For day to day driving the new rear B codes should provide a smoother ride than the stock springs did, and they will do a better job at handling higher weight loads too.
I also noticed my front spring V's seem to flex in the same places as the OEM's I was considering making a stepped spring for the front to help the loose some of the front rake as well as spread the load out more on the spring.
Thoughts?
I did something similar to my front X codes, I added the top overload leaf from the rear B codes to the bottom of the X codes spring pack, basically an add-a-leaf. It increased the total weight rating, spring compression rate and ride height.

It's the complete hangar kit from Icon.
Drunken, it did indeed lift the front end up 2" more. It's sitting up a hair under 4" over stock with the V's.
I'll have to get some fender measurements later after the gangster lean is resolved, I don't have accurate numbers right now since the rig is off kilter.
