I just switched intake and upgraded to a 4bbl carb, edelbrock. Truck idles great, reverse with no problem. but when I accelerate it sputters bad, does not die. when I let off the gas and coast it is fine. I adjusted the accelerator pump like instructed in the edelbrock video, but no luck.
Does it matter that it has an electric choke but wires are not connected, it starts perfect and my old carb had electric with out wires connected and ran fine.
please help
not sure, I have the electric choke carb, but I didn't hook up the neg or pos wires for it. my old carb was electric but no wires either.
how can I tell?
